Limited Liability Guarantee

To our customer,

We have a Limited Liability Guarantee that will protect both the Buyer and the Seller.

WE,(the Seller), will provide you, the (Buyer) with a copy of the Veterinarian's Health Certificate,(this is a shipping certificate only),at the time of shipment, A registration certificate,and any Vet notes from the puppy check.

If you want a Vet Health Certificate that thoroughly checks the pup out you must ask ahead of deposit time. It will add an Extra $50 to the price for my Vet to Guarantee an individual pup.

For your puppy Please take a few minutes to become familiar with the aspects of this guarantee as it will be helpful to both parties.

We will offer a 1 year Guarantee for the following conditions;

1. Hereditary Defects;as in: Heart defects,liver shunts or kidney problems.

(Unless the pup is being sold AS IS).

No guarantee on an (As Is) pup.

If it has any defects you will be notified before final payment is taken and will be allowed to choose another puppy

The defect must affect the general health of every day life of the pup.

You the Buyer have 3 working days time to have the pup checked by your own Vet for any Guarantee to be Homered.

2. Your puppy will be covered against Canine Parvo Virus and Distemper Virus,for up to 10 days after the puppy arrives.

if the dog should become ill and die from an immunization disease within ten (10) days of the delivery of the dog,And you honored the Guarantee by seeing your Vet within the time limit stated,then we will offer a

Replacement pup from the next litter available of comparable quality,& or price as one being replaced.

(Seller does not pay shipping!)

The dog in question will have to have died before I replace it.

Does not include shipping costs or related Vet bills.

The dog, once again,to be replaced at Seller's option.

In order for the above provisions to be enforceable,

a written statement from the purchaser's licensed veterinarian of choice;

must be furnished to Seller as to the exact cause of death

(including an autopsy report) or specific defect.

In the event of a question regarding a defect,

a second opinion from a licensed veterinarian of Seller's choice will be the governing opinion.

Seller DOES NOT GUARANTEE any dog against injuries or illnesses caused by the neglect or abuse of purchaser;(neglect or abuse also constitutes improper diet).

I do not guarantee against, bites going off as they age,HERNIA`S, luxateing patellas,eye problems,caused by scratches,etc.. OR ANY BREEDING ABILITIES OR ADULT SIZE...

All puppies have been Vet checked prior to sale.

1. I do not Guarantee open Fontanel

This condition is common in small breeds.

If the opening Is small it will grow back as the puppy grows.

This will checked by local Veterinarian. If puppy is not safe.

2. I do Not Guarantee against Hypoglycemia!

It is very common in very small pups.

You will be instructed on how to properly care for your new puppy. You will be told on the phone and you receive paper instructions.

No other guarantees or warranties, expressed implied are made under this contract
